Steve Powers aka ESPO worked together with the City of Philadelphia Mural Arts Program to produce a love letter for west philly by west philly in the form of rooftop and wall murals visible from the El train. Once a rebellious graffiti artist now a respectable member of the community. With or without permission from authorities ESPO's artwork is truly amazing. Do all things with love and you will be loved.
